A modern-day panacea, cannabidiol (CBD) is effective at managing conditions from acne to seizures, and it’s become a go-to for improving everyday health and wellness.

But it’s not just a supplement — for many, CBD is a way of life. Integrating CBD into your routine might be a little different than just adding a new vitamin to your regimen. CBD is so useful and so widely available in so many different forms that it’s easier than ever to take advantage of its plethora of wellness and therapeutic benefits.
